Accessing your Income Tax Return 

Welcome to the Seaver and Forck CPAs NetClient CS Portal Online! The NetClient CS Portal is our secure and convenient way of delivering the client copy of your tax return to you. You are now able to access your current and prior year tax returns by simply accessing the internet. Please follow these instructions to access your 2015 tax return. 

Visit www.secure.netlinksolution.com to view your tax returns online. You will be given your unique username and password when you pick up the federal copy of the return in our office.

The page you are redirected to will have our firm's name, address and phone. Underneath that information, there are two boxes that read "Login" and "Password". We have provided you with a login and a temporary password. It is important that you change your password to a more secure, unique password once you log in**.

After typing in the login and password we have provided to you, a new webpage will appear. This new webpage is the home screen of your NetClient CS Portal. On the left-hand side of the screen, you will find your name under a column labeled "Documents". Click on your name. A new screen will appear to the right of the Documents column. Click on the folder labeled "Tax Returns". Next you should see current and prior year-ends listed, i.e. 12-31-15, 12-31-14, 12-31-13, etc. These are the years that Seaver & Forck, CPAs has completed your income tax return. Click on the folder labeled 12-31-15 to access the client copy of your federal and state tax return for 2015. Click on the US Tax Return to view your federal income tax return, then click on MO Tax Return to view your state income tax return. 

You have successfully accessed your NetClient CS Portal! The NetClient CS Portal is accessible 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.

 

Additional Instructions:

**Changing your password: After logging into your Portal, you will see your name on the right-hand side of the screen, next to the word Help. Click on your name and a drop-down will appear. Select the option on the drop-down that says "Update Password". After you click on Update Password, a box will appear asking for your new password. Type in your new password in the first box. Then, repeat the same password in the second box labeled "Confirm Password". Your password is required to contain at least 7 characters. At least one character of your password must be a letter, and at least one character must be a number. Press enter after typing in your new password. 

Changing your email address: After logging into your Portal, you will see your name on the right-hand side of the screen, next to the word Help. Click on your name and a drop-down will appear. Select the option on the drop-down that says "Edit Account". Delete the email address currently listed, then type in your email address. After typing in your correct email address, press enter.
